My 2025 Planner Stack
Planners are life to me. I think I’ve tried every single one on the market by now, I even designed and sold my own for a few years. A planner does more than keep your schedule on point. Your planning system is the playbook for your life.
In 2025, I pray that you live life on purpose and in the offense, instead of the defense. Legacies are made through intentional living and discipline. Your planner is the tool to do just that and one of the most underrated tools to cast vision and live our best life now.

My Yearly Planner
I found this company last year and love the layout and design of the planner. I use this layout to map out my month and week, using a time-blocking method to create balance in my schedule. I like to color code to see what I am doing with my time. If you are new to planning, I do recommend a paper planner, this is the planner I recommend.
In my Yearly Planner, I track:
- Calendar Overview (I keep a schedule on my phone, but this is vacations, events, etc)
- Monthly Events & Tasks
- Finances
- Blogging goals
- Weekly time blocking
Check out this post on how to live your best life now. Those planning tips & tricks will make using a yearly planner fun and simple.
My Daily Planner
If you are already a planner pro and want to dig a little deeper, a daily planner is what you need. I find I need more space to live out the details, so I’m using this daily TN system. Here is a link to 15% off! These books are the best quality and have over twice as many pages as other books. However, try a cheaper version first if you are unsure if you will like it! These are a splurge for sure!
Once I have time-blocked and created the structure of my week, I transfer the details I need to this TN, including a meal plan, to-do list, and home-making routines. As the week progresses, I reference this book and document the habits, the why behind what I do, and how I need to add or take away for the next week.
I find that most goals are accomplished on an everyday level. It is important to have a plan for each day.
This planner gets messy and isn’t the Pinterest-worthy planner, but life isn’t always perfect. It’s my brain and my life.
This is another favorite planner: This planner is quarterly, so your commitment is low to try this one out. My husband currently uses this planner, and I go back and forth between this one and the TN system. It’s great and more affordable.
In this daily planner:
- Daily Book: Weather, meal plan, events. to-do list, daily mapping.
- Goal Book: Weekly recap and goal setting
- Collection Book: Notes I need to reference all year long. Use tabs to do more easily.
- Errand Runner: Finances, shopping lists, to-do’s

My Journal.
I should call this my morning journal. I share memories from the family, daily prayer, worship, and process life here. There are proven mental health benefits for journaling and I need to declutter my brain most days.
Check out my post on my prayer journal here.
The set-up this year will be a little different. I’m going to work through the book by date, instead of prayer sections! I’ll let you know how I like it. Most importantly, I want to use it and enjoying sharing moments in my journal. This notebook is no longer available, but I am using this journal next year.
